Express Server 4.6 with ArcIMS Integration Toolkit

LizardTech Express Server Achieves Successful ESRI Proof of Concept with EMC Centera and ArcGIS

To complete the tests, image files were converted from their native format to LizardTech's MrSID, the de facto industry standard for managing, accessing and distributing massive geospatial imagery such as aerial photos and satellite images. Each test image file was accessed at full extent and at zoomed-in using ArcMap and ArcIMS from both Express Server and Centera.

Proof of concept test results conclude that response times with Centera data were equal to or faster than locally stored data; therefore, Express Server coupled with Centera can be considered for a real-time application. The ArcIMS configuration performed just as well as the ArcMap configuration.

Document Express 5.0 with DjVu

Are you getting maximum mileage from your color scanner?

With typical compression ratios between 300:1 and 1000:1, Document Express with DjVu makes color scanning in business applications as cost-effective as scanning in black and white. The size of a color DjVu file is equivalent in size to a black and white document TIFF or JPEG file without compromising document quality.

Document Express with DjVu - The No Compromise Document Solution

Reduce Costs
DjVu gives you compact, high quality document images, dramatically reducing your electronic document storage and bandwidth costs.
Save Time
Scan all your documents in color, eliminating the need for presorting and rescanning later.
Locate Important Information
With OCR support for over 100 languages, the text in your scanned documents is now searchable by keyword enabling you to retrieve just the documents you need.
Electronically Distribute Documents
A typical full-color letter size DjVu file at 300 dots per inch (dpi) produces a lightweight 50 Kb file allowing important documents to move swiftly across a network or the Internet.
