This patch is required for an Express Server to accept published images from a GeoExpress 7.x client. Additionally, this patch contains other fixes for Express Server 6.
Summary of Changes:
- 16114 - HTTP POST files are limited to approximately 60 MB on Windows using IIS
- 15847 - JP2 with included Alpha Channels fail to render
- 16270 - Grayscale MrSID images are not mosaicked correctly
- 16189 - Incorrect mime type for small requests on Linux/Solaris
- 16515 - WMS requests for a reprojected scene outside of the image extent fails
