World File Not Working

I have Tiffs that I am converting to SID and I have set GeoExpress to generate the world file. The World File is generated but not correctly. Isn't the software suppose to read the Tiff's tfw and generate from that? My tiffs are georeferenced but the SIDs will not be after the process runs. :(

In Options > Preferences did you check the box labeled "Allow world files to override native georeferencing"?

For any open or saved projects, that option is found in "More Encode Options".

I did not. I wasn't sure if i should do that or not. I guess you're saying I should, correct?
