Viewing in ArcView 3.3

I'm having trouble viewing or even finding a SID file using ArcView 3.3. I can view older SID files but this is a newly created image. Do I need an updated extension or could something else be wrong?

MrSID AVMrSID.dll
Addresses several viewing issues when viewing .sid within ArcView 3.x, including georeferencing and incorrect placement of .sid with - .sdw file. Also provides support for the MG3 .sid file format. Not supported on ArcGIS.
