Any problems with reproject a NTF 2.0

Postby razortek » Fri Jan 23, 2009 12:41 pm

Hello,

I reprojected a NTF 2.0 image from a Geographic WGS84 into UTM Zone 52 to Japan JGD 2000 and notice a shift in the pixel location when the Sid image was created.

The reason I notice this shift because I did the same reprojection in Erdas Image and notice the black border were created after the reprojection in Erdas.

I reviewed both images (MrSid and img) and notice the shift and no black border with the MrSid image.

Has any body experince any problems in reproject a NTF image In GeoExpress?

Hello Razortek,

When you reproject an image some shifting of the image is expected when it converts to that new projection. You can email me via Support@lizardtech.com and I can help you with the reprojection of your image.
