Define Projection

Is it possible with geoexpress 6.1 to edit a SID image's projection info in the image header? (AKA, define the projection)

I see that I can access this through the "Reprojection" tab of "More Encode Options". However, I'm not looking to reproject the image, merely change the CRS captured in its header.
