Encoding error while using GeoExpress 6.1

Can anyone please shed any light on either one of these errors: mg2d internal error [8021] or bad mg2 file marker [8106]?

You should contact support@lizardtech.com about these error messages. Include what process you are running, input and output formats, file and image sizes.
