Batch Encode?

I have created several mosaic projects and wanted to know if there is a way that I run a batch encode? This way I can set multiple projects running over night....

If you install the command line version (it may already be installed) you can run batch mosaics on the command line using a batch file or other script. Please see the command line help file for more information.
