I am trying to construct a mosaic using GeoExpress 6.1 that will contain 4595 sid images from a total of 4924 images.
I was hoping to use a compiled text list of only the necessary file names, but I haven't been able to figure out how to use the list.
In the "Select tiles to add to current mosaic" box, I tried pasting a string of file name in the following format - 02c.sid, 02d.sid, 02e.sid (etc). That didnt' work.
Then I tried pasting - "02c.sid" "02d.sid" "02e.sid" (etc). (I noticed that's how the software lists multiple file name. That didn't work.
Any ideas?
Thanks

tried that
Yes. My second attempt as listed in the original post was formatted to the way the files appear when adding them individually.
Even if I try to add just one file in that fashion - "08A.sid" - I get an error message that "08A.sid" does not exist, even though the file is clearly in the folder.
There must be a way!??

I found the problem:
I created the list in Excel from a dbf of the file names. Then I saved it as text, and opened it in Word. I generated the quote marks by replacing the "Paragraph Marks" with quote-space-space-quote creating a continuous list.
BUT, Word uses different open quote vs end quote marks and GeoExpress didn't recognize those characters. I did the same thing in Notepad and it works fine.
Thanks for your help!
