Resampling Image Pixel Value Range to 1-254

Is there a way in GeoExpress to resample the pixel values of an image so that the dynamic range is 1-254? I have some images that have 0,0,0 values within the image (shadows and the like) which is making using the 0,0,0 as a NoData value difficult.

I don't think this is possible in GeoExpress, however, you are able to adjust the dynamic range values in the metadata.

In GeoExpress 8, we've added an alpha band to MrSID Generation 4 (MG4) so that you don't have to worry about this issue.
