"The requested license doesn't exist"

I just installed geoexpress 7 on a server 2008 system and when I launch the app it is telling me:

Code:75 "VLSgetAndInstallCommuterCode() failed"
Code:18 "The requested license doesn't exist"

I have this installed on other systems on the network and they are working fine. What is this issue?

Hello,

The 75 error message is returned when the client computer is reporting that it has a network license code, while the license server reports none are checked out to the user.

To address this issue you will need to contact the support department via email.
