Cannot get licence from server. Error code 84

I was using geoexpress, and the power went out shutting my PC down. I have the licence server on my PC. We have an unlimited version of GeoExpress.

I get an error code 84 "unable to install remote computer code"

Does anyone maybe know what the problem is. I have tried to restart my PC and restart the licence server service.

As far as I know, my IP adress has not changed. If it has, would that cause a problem?
