Crop by vector limitations?

Postby eadiem » Wed Mar 28, 2012 10:34 am

I am trying to use GeoExpress 8.5 crop a MrSID image using a vector shapefile. I was able to do this successfully using a rectangle shapefile. But then I refined my rectangle to an irregular shape. I now get an error:
Vector overlay file projection system is not compatible with the source image's projection system. You will need to reproject the source image to use this vector overlay file.

-Both the image and the vector are in the same projection system
-A rectangular vector in the same system worked successfully yesterday (but no longer does).
-No reprojection has occurred

What is going on?

Thanks for any help,

Eadie K
