Parcel Layer trouble

Good Morning,
Just finished using the trial version and i had trouble with the export feature when i had my pacel layer on, or even when I had just the parcel layer on. The export came out totaly unreadable. Tried color, 256 and gray all the same result. I had fine luck with the export to tiff for the aerial. Any thoughts would be appreciated. :? Contemplating purchase but would need this to work.
