problam using MrSID Geospatial Encoder 1.4

hi

i have old licenced MrSID Geospatial Encoder 1.4

i'm trying to convert 2.3GB tiff into SID format but keep getting strange error:

happned every time. tried run the encoder using admin rights... not halping... tried changing folders... still the same.

what am i doing wrong ? please help !
