Can no longer display JPEG2000 images from HIRISE Mars Orbit

I used to be able to display Lizardtech JPEG2000 images from mars orbiters using ExpressView until i got a new laptop running Vista and IE7. All I get now is a black screen with no image. Anyone have a solution to this problem :cry:
