Missing Images, then reappear

Hello, maybe someone here can help us.
Periodically, images will turn up missing on a web page. Restarting the Sid server makes the image(s) return. It's not always the same image, and no pattern can be discerned. Just every few days an image goes missing.

We are using Express Server 4.5, and MS 2003 Server.

Express Server 4.5 is a retired product and I recommend upgrading to Express Server 6.1, which is significantly more powerful and packed with useful features and fixes.
