displaying multicatalogs with different epsg codes via WMS

I have a multicatalog that refers to 2 catalogs and each one has a different epsg code.
When looking at the catalogs individually via WMS they display in the correct area with no errors, but when looking at the multicatalog via WMS the one catalogs imagery displays but when I go to the location where the other catalog is it gives the following error:

I have successfully displayed multicatalogs with different epsg code via WMS in the past why is this one not working?

I recommend contacting lizardtech support so that you can share your cat-config.xml file and other information.
