Mr Sid Decoder flickers on then vanishes

When I run mrsidgeodecode.exe, a black box flashes on the screen for less than a second, then vanishes. It looks like it might be a command line window. Nothing else happens. I'm running Windows XP, nothing special. Only other app open are my web and windows browsers. Tips?

Mrsidgeodecode is a command line program. You will need to run the program via the command line. Please refer to the readme.txt included in the download for more information on the commands and switches.
