MrSID and Firefox 3.0

I'm using Firefox 3.0.8 and I have installed the latest ExpressView plugin.

I can open a MrSID file directly but when I use the recommended <object> and <embed> code in an HTML page it crashes Firefox.

Am I doing something wrong or is Firefox 3.0 not supported at this time?

Using WinXP SP3 and IE7 works OK.
