I have several dozen mrSid files collected from Ancestry.com that I've been converting to .jpgs using mrsidgeodecode. Is there a way to batch convert all of them at once, replacing <filename>.sid with <filename>.jpg? In other words using the filename for the sid file into the jpg name.
Thanks, Steve

A batch file or command prompt works to do it
I got back to it, so if anyone ever has the same question a simple batch file will work in the same directory with the files and mrsidgeodecode:
FOR %%a IN (dir /b *.sid) DO mrsidgeodecode -i %%a -o %%a.jpg
pause
If you type it into a command prompt eliminate one of the %s from the variable:
FOR %a IN (dir /b *.sid) DO mrsidgeodecode -i %a -o %a.jpg
FOR %%a IN (dir /b *.sid) DO mrsidgeodecode -i %%a -o %%a.jpg
pause
If you type it into a command prompt eliminate one of the %s from the variable:
FOR %a IN (dir /b *.sid) DO mrsidgeodecode -i %a -o %a.jpg
