DJVu, Win7, IE8 -- Not Working

Postby Cobbscout » Fri Jan 15, 2010 9:52 am

:!:

I recently upgrade from a Pentium computer, running WinXP, IE2003 to a QuadCore computer, running Win7, IE8.

I installed the Tiff and the DJVu add-ons but I can't view documents that I could before.

When I click to open the document it says:

Internet Explorer

Internet Explorer has stopped working. A problem caused the program to stop working correctly. Windows will close the program and notify you if a soluation is available.

HELP! I really need to be able to view these documents.

The website where the documents are located is h_t_t_p://w_w_w.cobbsuperiorcourtclerk.com/home.asp then under "Name" I fill in my search data and submit that. It comes back with hits and tiny document icons that I can click on that would open the full document image.

Thank you for your response.

I am contacting Caminova for support with DJVu.

Cobbscout,
Did you ever hear from anyone at Caminova who actually helped you with this? What is the workaround or fix?

niloc, I'm so sorry but I don't remember WHAT the fix was. I'm afraid you'll have to contact Caminova for support with DJVu, unless someone else see this thread and knows the solution.

My bad,
