Moderator moderating?

I don't see that there is a moderator responding to any of these messages. Is there any support here at all from LizardTech?

Thank you for your response. I read numerous messages and wasn't seeing any responses to them. Now I understand that DJVu has been sold/transferred to Caminova, Inc. I will contact them for support.
