ExpressView Browser Plug-in (MrSID)

Hi,

on a Windows 7 64 bits computer, the browser plugin viewer sudenly stoped working, it was working before using Firefox, IE 10 and Chrome. Now I get a black box and nothing is loading.
If I use a different username, same machine, the viewer is fine (all browser mentionned before), I can see documents without problem.

Is there anything I have to reset ? Is there a software or user preference conflict ?
