Unified License Export Controls clause

Hi,

We are considering using LizardTech MrSID Decode SDKs within our products to allow them to view *.sid formatted files. These products (MapLink Pro and ChartLink) do not require export licenses.

The license terms for our products include the following clause regarding exports:

The Licensee agrees that the Software will not be exported either directly or indirectly to any country in contravention of the United Kingdom Government or United States Government regulations in force at that time.

The Unified License Export Controls clause reads:

LICENSEE shall not export or reexport DSDK or any direct product thereof without the appropriate United States or foreign government export licenses, notifications or approvals.

Please can you confirm if the shipment of the DSDKs requires any separate export approval.
