Newer Linux compiler support ETA?

Postby carl » Sat Jan 07, 2012 6:11 pm

Next month is the fifth anniversary of the last gcc 4.1 compiler release. When do you expect to release a version of the Raster DSDK with a newer gcc? The Windows DSDK uses VC 10 which is nice and current.

Thanks!

The recent GM of the 8.5 SDK includes gcc 4.4 builds for Linux 6 and is available for download.
