Can not be installed W7

Hello
I use W7 prof. 64 Bit

I tried several times to install the GEO Viewer on two different PCs. I tried 32Bit Version and also 64 Bit version.

It always says: Application validation did not succeed. Unable to continue.
I also get two buttons "OK" and "Details"

When I click on Details, this comes up:
