v3 still available? what vers of .net/windows does it need?

Hi,

We have a Windows 2003 machine with .net 2.0 SP1. We would like to use the Geoviewer but I see v4 needs .net 3.5. Does anyone know if v3 works with Win 2003 and if it requires a lower spec of .net?
