Trust Relationship Error When Opening

Greetings all,
I just installed GeoViewer 4.1 (64 bit version) onto a new Windows 7 64 bit workstation this morning for one of my users. He is reporting that he receives the following when attempting to open a sid file:

Error

Couldn't open local layer:
sidfilename.sid

The trust relationship between this workstation and the primary domain failed.

The workstation isn't experiencing any network abnormailites. There aren't any problems logging in or mapping drives nor event log entries that would point to a networking issue. Can anyone help shed some light on this one before I go about disjoining and rejoining the machine to the Windows domain?
