can't crop image?

Hello,

I recently received a new computer at work, and had to reinstall geoveiwer 5.0. I don't remember what version of geoviewer I had previously, but it was super-easy to crop a large image (county size) to a smaller size (2 miles of road corridor) with a "pick window", and then using it as an underlay in autocad for presentations.

I understand that images are now layers, but when I try to export a "layer", I can't use a "pick window", and the whole image/layer is exported.

Any help would be greatly appreciated.

You can export the current view, just use the zoom tool then:

Tools > Export > Current view
