LizardTech Delivers Scanned Color Documents for the Cost of Black and White

LizardTech Document Express 5.0 with DjVu introduces a sleek, intuitive Graphical User Interface (GUI) to easily set up workflows, and “Watch Folders” that completely automate the document conversion process from most commonly used scanned image documents like TIFF, JPEG or BMP as well as specialized PDF conversion that deals with both scanned and electronic PDFs, thereby increasing productivity and reducing labor costs. A fast OCR engine driven by I.R.I.S., supports 100+ languages enabling organizations to easily get the most out of their scanned document assets by making the text searchable using keywords. In addition, watermarks or company logos can easily be added to documents at the time of creation to protect copyrights and identify source agencies.
