Celartem Appoints Caminova as Exclusive Worldwide DjVu® Distributor and Strategic Alliance Partner for Groundbreaking DjVu® Technology
SEATTLE, Wash. – June 10, 2009 - Celartem Technology Inc., a provider of software solutions for storage, access and distribution of rich media content, today announced that it has granted the exclusive worldwide rights to develop, distribute and manage its DjVu document imaging technology to Caminova Inc. of Japan. Caminova Inc. is a company founded by key former employees who were responsible for the development of DjVu core technology as well as sales and marketing of DjVu based products worldwide. Celartem will work with Caminova as an exclusive strategic partner to nourish and grow DjVu-related business going forward.
