Summary:

Four-banded JPEG 2000 images created in GeoExpress 7.2 and 7.3 display a yellow tint when they are loaded into Esri ArcMap 9.3 and then their CIR band order is changed to the USDA’s suggested 4,1,2.

Cause:

GeoExpress is creating the images correctly; ArcMap 9.3 is reading color transforms incorrectly.

Solution:

This issue was corrected in ArcMap 9.4.
