A060603 - Encoding IMG files with IGE files to MG3

Summary:

IMG files with IGE files do not encode to MrSID Generation 3.

Solution:

  1. Encode to JPEG2000 or MrSID Generation 2.
  2. Save your IMG as a TIFF and encode to MrSID Generation 3 from the TIFF file.

This issue is scheduled to be fixed in a future release
