A060407 - Error while installing floating license

When attempting to install a floating license you may receive the following error:
Sentinel LM: Error[##]: Failed to add license code “…” to the license server on host “…”.
Solution:
Please follow the troubleshooting steps outlined below:
- Make sure that the License Server is installed and running as a service.
- If the license server is installed but cannot start as a service, you may have another license manager installed that is conflicting with the GeoExpress License Manager. If this is the case, please see Knowledge Base Item “A060408 – License Manager service keeps stopping”.
- If the license server is not installed, please see Help documentation located by default at:
C:/Program Files/LizardTech/LizardTech License Server/Documentation/index.html
- Make sure that port 5093 is open for UDP communication on the license server’s firewall.
- If you have verified that the License Server is installed and running and that UDP is open on port 5093, and you still are unable to add your license, please contact LizardTech support and let us know the specific steps you have taken to install the license.
