C070601 - Errors while accessing imagery in an Oracle database
Products:
Express Server 6Summary:
You receive errors when retrieving images from an Oracle database.
Cause:
Images in an Oracle database require the use of more memory than imagery accessed from a local or networked file system. By default Express Server sets the image cache size to 500, which may be too high for imagery in an Oracle database.
Solution:
Lower the image cache size to 400. This value is set with the imgCacheSize attribute of the ImageManager element in the Base Configuration file (iserv-cfg.xml).
By default the Base Configuration file is located in <install-root>/ImageServer /etc.
For more information see the User Manual installed with Express Server.
