F070103 - How do I share a data cartridge (use a network cartridge)?

  1. Install the ECM Server on the computer that will store the cartridge. The ECM Server is found by browsing the contents of the GeoExpress DVD.
  2. Ensure that the ECM Server is started and running as a service on the host computer.
  3. Point any copy of GeoExpress (client) on your network to the network ECM:
    1. Select Data Cartridge from the Tools menu.
    2. Select Use network ECM.
    3. Type the hostname of the ECM Server.
