Sales and Refund Terms and Conditions
Acceptance of Terms.
Your license to an LizardTech software product begins as soon as your payment is processed. You’ll be charged the fee stated at the time of purchase, plus applicable taxes. LizardTech has a thirty (30) day return policy (from the date of purchase) on all software products that are purchased from the Store. You will need to contact LizardTech Customer Service directly to initiate a return. Once the return has been processed, such software’s serial number will be retired to prevent further use. Any use of returned software is in violation of the applicable software license agreement and subject to prosecution under Federal Law.
Annual Service Agreements (ASA).
An annual service agreement (“ASA”) may be offered with certain software products. If you choose to purchase ASA, the service will begin as soon as your payment is processed. You’ll be charged the annual ASA fee stated at the time of your purchase of the software product, plus applicable taxes. If you cancel ASA within fourteen (14) days of your date of purchase, we will provide you with a full refund. You will need to contact LizardTech Customer Service directly to initiate a cancellation. You may not cancel ASA after fourteen (14) days from your date of purchase and your ASA will continue until the end of your contracted term. Prior to any expiration of your contracted term for ASA, your contract for ASA must be renewed to maintain uninterrupted service. You will need to contact LizardTech Customer Service directly to renew your ASA. Renewal fees are subject to change, but we’ll always notify you beforehand.
