LizardTech’s Annual Service Agreement (ASA) ensures unlimited technical support. In addition, you will also receive timely product version updates and no-cost upgrades for every licensed LizardTech product covered under the program. As an ASA customer and a member of the LizardTech user community, you are privy to regular communications on product releases, case studies, peer user activity and industry events.
Unlimited Technical Support
ASA customers have access to unlimited email and phone technical support Monday – Friday 8 AM – 5 PM PST (4:00 PM – 1:00 AM GMT).
Timely Product Version UpdatesLizardTech promises to keep your workflow on track by providing timely updates to keep your software compatible and up to date with industry standards.
Automatic Product UpgradesYou will receive automatic upgrade notices as soon as a new version is available. These upgrades are delivered at no-cost for all products covered under your ASA.
ASA RenewalsYou’ll be notified 90 days prior to ASA expiration on an annual basis. At any time, you may add up to 3 years of coverage to your account. Lapsed customers will need to pay a reinstatement fee to gain access to technical support and any upgrades.
Adding on to Your ASANeed more licenses? New products purchased will be covered under their own 1-year agreement.
