The GeoExpress® Educational License Program is subject to the following terms and conditions:

  • This offer is available only to accredited educational institutions and is intended solely for teaching, academic research, and non-commercial educational use.

  • The complimentary GeoExpress Professional license and included 100 GB MrSID® Cartridge are non-transferable, non-resalable, and may not be assigned to another individual or organization.

  • The educational license is valid for one (1) year from the date of activation unless otherwise specified by GeoWGS84 Corp.

  • Additional MrSID Cartridge capacity may be purchased at discounted educational pricing, subject to availability and the applicable pricing at the time of purchase.

  • GeoWGS84 Corp reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to approve or decline any application without providing a reason.

  • Applicants may be required to provide documentation verifying their educational status or institutional affiliation.

  • Educational licenses may not be used for commercial production, consulting services, or revenue-generating activities.

  • The software must be used in accordance with the GeoExpress End User License Agreement (EULA) and all applicable licensing terms.

  • Abuse or misuse of the educational program may result in suspension or termination of the license without notice.

  • GeoWGS84 Corp reserves the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue this promotional program, including its terms, eligibility requirements, or benefits, at any time without prior notice.

  • Except where prohibited by law, all other standard licensing terms, warranty disclaimers, and conditions of use applicable to GeoExpress Professional remain in effect.
